Welcome to vattendragsrestaurering.se - a webpage for those who are already working or are about to start working on the restoration of boulder rich rivers.
The webpage is divided into two parts: a web course and a field support, only the field support is available in english at the moment. The web course is seen as a first step before practical work in the water begins, or as a refresher for those who are a bit out of practice. The field support can be utilized by those who are supervising excavators directly in the field, or when you come in after a workday and have questions about how to tackle a specific task.
The web course has been developed as part of the Grip on Life project (LIFE16IPE SE/009 GRIP) and the field support within the Rivers of Life project (LIFE18 NAT/SE/000268). These are two LIFE-funded projects focused on water conservation. The opinions expressed are solely those of the projects and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union or CINEA.
